Our Services

Electrical Safety Check

This service requires checks of electrical appliances, installations and fittings including earth loop and polarity tests of all accessible power points. This is required to be done every two years by a qualified electrician and a digital audit report will be provided upon completion.

Smoke Alarm Safety Check

This service requires annual servicing of all smoke alarms by a qualified electrician. This includes free callouts for smoke alarm faults between services, free replacement of batteries and expired/faulty smoke alarms. A digital audit report will be provided upon completion.

Gas Safety Check

This service involves checks of your main gas line, servicing all gas appliances, carbon monoxide testing and any other gas faults. This is required to be done every two years by a licensed gas fitter and a digital audit report will be provided upon completion.

New Victorian Legislation

On March 29th 2021, the Residential Tenancies Amendment Act 2018 came into affect making over 130 amendments to the Residential Tenancies Act 1997. One of the changes requires the rental provider (previously referred to as the landlord) to ensure that an electrical safety check and gas safety check is conducted every 2 years.
